PLEASE BOOST. Okay, as a trans *man* I experience dysphoria sometimes, but I've never experienced dysphoria as a woman before, as I've never been a woman before(long story but the fact I am plural accounts for much of that). For additional context, I've recently discovered I'm bigender(trans man, and woman). In many ways this feels more closely aligned with trans women's experience than cis women's experience...so, my trans women fedi friends, what do *you* do when you feel dysphoric to feel better please? Tips, tricks etc greatly appreciated. (Femme language towards me in comments please, and my femme/girl name here online is Acey💖)

(…) ¿Por qué resulta tan difícil reconocer a las mujeres trans como mujeres? Sobre todo cuando sabemos que el género y, especialmente, la estructura binaria del género, están totalmente construidos. Históricamente, por tomar un ejemplo de la historia de EE.UU., las mujeres negras no fueron reconocidas como “auténticas mujeres” porque eran demasiado directas, estaban demasiado enfadadas, no eran lo suficientemente sumisas. Por eso, en el culto a la “verdadera feminidad” del siglo XIX, esta “verdadera feminidad” era blanca, estaba asociada a la clase media, etc.
No reconocer la heterogeneidad del género —cisgénero, transgénero, género fluido, género no conforme, etc— nos desarma, nos impide cuestionar las violencias que, en última instancia, nos afectan a todes. Las mujeres trans negras, al menos en EE.UU., son el objetivo más constante de la violencia: violencia individual, violencia ejercida por desconocidos, violencia íntima, violencia de pareja, así como violencia institucional, violencia estatal, violencia policial, violencia carcelaria (…).

I generally avoid “I told you so”; however, I've taken so much crap, called "hysterical" since I started telling anyone who would listen starting in 2009 that this was not just a general cultural sentiment but a long-standing plan of well-funded, mainstream, so-called “conservative” organizations.
Biological essentialist/determinist sex/gender realism also connects to racial realism, those whose motivated reasoning has convinced them the science supports different origins for modern Europeans and Asians from those of African descent so they can codify this renewed gender and race pseudo-science back into law and policy.
