I've been working on my Sector Space build. Today, someone granted me diplomatic immunity (a SS speed buff) just when I needed it to test, and I have OFFICIALLY broken transwarp 100! WITHOUT the Protostar-class! I'm strongly considering getting the Protostar as my next infinity ship just to see how hard Fed characters can push SS speed (KDF characters have access to a few buffs that FED don't, so AFAIK they will always have the edge for max speeds in sector space).
