If there is a blogger or Youtube a count you follow that explains to non-tech ppl actionable steps they cab take to improve Mastodon for Black ppl post the links so that I may get the knowledge. Cause right now I seriously do not know what those steps would be.

#TransTech is a nonprofit and their new GROW program will be an 8-12 week virtual program designed to help trans folks launch their careers in #tech (or pivot into tech from another field). This program is open to all trans people, but it centers and focuses #bipoc black, brown, and indigenous trans people, and other trans folks who are marginalized (includes trans folks who do or have done sw).

e.g. Instead of whining about having to make a bunch of social media assets, I can see that as my chance to experiment with #Midjourney.
Just have to make sure that there aren't too many hands and fingers in the generated picture... 😂
