The Kreider-Reisner XC-31 was a transport aircraft developed for the USAAC. The single engine, fabric covered design was was not ordered into production, with the USAAC preferring twin engined metal covered designs such as the Douglas DC-2. First flying on 23 February 1932, the Gloster TC.33 was designed to carry 30 troops and their equipment 1,200 miles.
