  1. I found about 2 dozen strawberry plants to move hidden in the circle flower bed where all the extra plants went. They weren't doing great in there anyway since they're mostly shaded and competing with a jungle of perennial flowers. I'll let these perk up, weed it once more, then put some mulch around them. It's layered with chicken compost but it's mostly just fine silt soil.

  6. #Tomatoes #transplanting.
Ensure that you pile up the soil at base of your plants. Tomato plants are happier, when you mound up the soil & transplant them deep into pots(if you're not putting them into ground). Banana peel & fish head parts are at bottom of every tomato planter to ensure they are constantly fed from the bottom up 👩‍🌾
I'll update in 1-2 weeks on how I use alfalfa feed pellets when my tomato plants start to produce their first fruit babies.

  26. @napalousa My peppers took a really long time to sprout on the heat mat, but they finally did it. Today, I am transplanting 56 tomato seedlings. There are so many because I'm sprouting for 2 others, but still...I don't have the courage to not transplant every sprout. Ha. #gardening #gyo #GrowFoodFromSeeds #transplanting #tomatoes #peppers

  40. Dear friends,
As an independent analyst, it's wonderful to be busy these last days. Last week I completed an interesting analysis of construction industry trade show attendees and found that negativity, common in social media, was virtually absent.

#Building, #designing, #growing, #creating no matter your medium, is so very satisfying.
    Doing complements being.

Also transplanted all of the lettuces and arugulas, the onions, the leeks, the collards and the broccoli. #gardening #kale #transplanting #gyo #growfood #growfromseed

  47. #Skin #grafts are a vital treatment for burns and other extensive skin injuries. Since the 1980s, advances in #bioengineering have allowed researchers to grow new patches of skin in the lab. Such #engineered grafts are less traumatic for patients than #transplanting skin from elsewhere on the body.
