in the early 80s, my friend and I were driving on Highway 5 in the summer and there were all kinds of bugs hitting the window and we ran out of windshield wiper fluid so I leaned out of the sunroof and poured water like this; I believe this means I'm qualified to be a train engineer.

I have seen five fireworks shows while crossing Utah on the train tonight. also apparently red white and blue Christmas lights are a thing on 4th of July. also every little town has a beautiful clean train platform, looks like great public transit.

Waiting to board the Zephyr which is supposed to leave in 10 minutes and still shows on time and they make an announcement that says they’re still cleaning the train in the train yard because Amtrak layed off 80% of the staff. So who knows?
