Although #POCUS was introduced in #trauma to search for hemoperitoneum, its main use is in #TraumaticBrainInjury.
This may be explain because of the types of trauma we have in France (few gun shots and improvement in road safety).
So, in France, when in charge of a trauma bay, your main skill should be emergency #ChestTube insertion and #TransCranialDoppler
