One of three charities we will be supporting at this year's #DiscworldConvention is @transactualuk, who work to build a UK (and a world) where all trans people can live safely, in dignity and with access to the healthcare that they need.

The EHRC published its draft Code yesterday and told trans people in the UK they may be lawfully excluded from gendered spaces — the accommodation being a third, separate door. Boo struggled to answer. Instead, after seconds of silence, he #deferred to #MelanieField, who eventually admitted that they had interpreted it to mean essentially "administrative sex" – no biology involved.
