Why do I need assistance? I am a disabled transgender type 1 diabetic. I make most my money from fiction. Generally, this is less than $300 a month. This month I will only get about $100. I recently was able to afford (with a lot of help) getting dentures.
But, that left me in a difficult position. I have $4.71 to my name.
I need to pay for denture supplies (fixodent, cleaning stuff, container, etc), diabetes supplies (syringes), and to pay a couple work-related bills (phone, cloud backup).

hey it's me, vanta rainbow black! the fediverse's favorite cyberpunk catgirl. i'm an impoverished neurodivergent disabled unemployed trans woman just trying to survive and heal from a broken ankle
rn i need $200 for groceries. i'm basically out of food and need to get more
at the very start of august i broke my ankle! like extremely! i was in the hospital for two weeks and needed three surgeries! but i finally got discharged and am trying to recover while staying with some friends. i still have so much healing left to do, i still can't walk without a walker or put any weight on my left leg at all. it's gonna take a really long time until i'm able to go places again. if anybody wants to help out with the various costs... i really need $200 to get groceries again!
