So I'm done with #TrailsIntoReverie
I found the game nice to play, but saying the story was unimpressive would be quite the understatement. Save for C's arc, very little actually happened. I found the villain uninteresting and the ending lacked a real twist.
On to some more exciting #jrpg I hope

#TrailsIntoReverie has been a very generous game and one that is more evidently a product of love that #TrailsOfColdSteel 4. I still had to give up on the expectation that the game would have anything interesting meaningful to say since it is still harpening on the same rote themes of redemption that have been a staple for the series. Without that pretense the game is fun and fast paced. I am yet to finish so I reserve the right to be cliffhanged by kiseki one more time

Been absolutely loving #TrailsIntoReverie so far, tons of fun. At the end of act 4 now, preparing to begin the final chapter after 1 more boss fight.
It’s a fantastic epilogue to the #Trails games so far, especially the #Crossbell and #ColdSteel arcs. Some great final character building, as well as tying up of many loose ends from the end of CS4. As well as setting up for the future.
The few scenes using #Falcom’s new engine leave me eagerly awaiting #Kuro.
