    Pork loin roast with Cuso’s.

    Probably could’ve gone heavier on the seasoning but I was worried about the sweetness so I did an even coat for my first use. Also my first time smoking a pork loin and definitely would do again. by Satan_S_R_US

    Tri tip for my mom yesterday:)

    Smoked them for 2 hours at 225 and then let rest for 15 mins! I always do olive oil and then Kinders buttery steakhouse and my family always loves it! I also smoked the baked potatoes same time as the tri tip and put some SPG on the outside with a lil bit of oil [...]
