EU trade protectionism strikes.
Bad news for DIYers, repairers or those who need to be careful with their money.
Some common items like batteries you can find locally for comparable prices, but many others like small parts for repairing or making all kinds of things are either difficult to find, entirely unavailable or if you can find them they cost so much the repairs or projects are hardly viable anymore.
Result: One item cancelled and I'll just bodge something. One to order locally when I next need something from there because the local shipping fee is also €3. A bunch of time wasted finding that. One ordered as it was for someone else and they agreed to pay. And another ordered as local price is still much higher with the duty.
