"Missing" is a song by British musical duo #EverythingButTheGirl from their eighth studio album, #AmplifiedHeart (1994). It was written by the two band members, #TraceyThorn and #BenWatt, and was produced by the duo with John Coxon. It was released as the album's second single on 8 August 1994, promoted as an #extendedPlay (EP). The song initially did not achieve much success until it was #remixed by #ToddTerry and re-released in 1995, resulting in worldwide success.

Every now and then #Spotify comes up with a near-perfect playlist. I love the Song Radio feature. This morning it came up with a corker starting with Working Week's "Venceremos". (Although I much prefer the versions of this track with Tracey Thorn.)

Joy, Tracey Thorn, sung by the Chaps Choir. This is a perenial Christime-time favourite of mine since it was released back in 2012 on her brillant 'Tinsel and Light' album. I like this version by the Chaps Choir in particular because it has such a positive masculine energy about it, something you don't often find.
