In other cases, there might be instances where you'd think paying to this QR would work when that QR works and they all look the same - turns out that's not the case cos one's a merchant QR and the other's a personal QR. Pretty fucking dumb and unnecessary distinction/incompatibility (imo).
Same experience when going abroad e.g. Thailand. Some QRs, you could make payments to it. Other QRs, even when they're branding the same 'logo' e.g. #ThaiQR, it ends up not working cos of some arbitrary distinction. They really gotta fix this. Now, I'm wondering if it's the same experience for travellers coming to Indonesia.. I gotta find a 'merchant' QR and a 'personal' QR to see if I could scan and make payments to them. -

Oh, also, the #Setel app’s street parking feature’s nice too. It supports paying for parking in multiple city councils if not all of em - some of em not even supported on #TouchNGo ’s (shitty) #TnGeWallet app. It’s also handy enough to tell u if u don’t gotta pay for parking. I also expect that you could pay for parking straight off of your card rather than needing to topup, unlike some other parking apps (including TnG I think).
