Newcastle leading only 1-0 is a travesty of a half-time scoreline. Attack after attack, corner after corner, Elanga flying down the right. Spurs so disappointing, little invention, intensity or movement. Booed off. Have to raise their game individually and collectively. #TOTNEW

So nice that we're going to a 442 off the ball instead of the standard 451. You can see how much easier it is to spring counters with Willock closer to Gordon when it turns over.

I noticed something about Richarlison that I had not picked up on him before. When he traps the ball and controls it down, he manages to somehow slow the game to a halt and slow it for everyone else around him, right before he shoots at goal. The Matrix effect? Really good performance today but slightly marred by conceding a late goal through sloppy play at the back. Made no difference to the result but it has done in recent games - something Big Ange needs to sort out. #TOTNEW #COYS @spurs

Third goal killed the game which was a shame as we were coming back into it. Players are giving absolutely everything. Think Howe not prioritising a competition is going to cost us this year. At least Tripps should get a rest v Fulham.
