oh no animetosho is shutting down next month😭😭 it was so convenient to discover #anime torrents: it had a search, and individual shows pages where you could see all the torrents per season, and filtering and sorting, and searching inside a season - all i could wish for anime #torrent agregator and everything so convenient😔
it took torrents not only from nyaa, but from some other sources like tokiotosho, nekobt and others
they will release all the data and source code so maybe someone will set up an alternative after the shut down, i hope so
i will warmly remember that site, wish the developer has his rest and opportunites for new projects🙏(only now i realised it also has links to traditional file sharing style downloadern like you click "download" and the browser downloads a file but who even needs this when there are #torrents which are so much superior to that)

Inspired to #torrent again, because #Netflix is removing the entire #StarTrek catalog from their library next week. Can't do without #Voyager and #TNG.
Had to re-learn a lot, but #FMHY was invaluable. Still doing a #ClamAV scan on the files after they're all on my VM, though.

My sister thought my father would like the new #Matlock #TV series, so I've been #torrenting episodes and letting him watch them the next day.
Now because the show is on #broadcast #television, there's no new episode this week or next. It will come back for two episodes, then take a break again. My father wasn't happy. This is one of the reasons #LinearTV is losing viewers.

The Invisible Internet Protocol has great tools that don't require javascript, from #translation tools to a #StackOverflow mirror (http://stackoverflow.i2p) to search services like #Metager, #Yacy and #SearXNG and more. There's little reason to leave I2P, with #git repos, #torrenting and #video, to boot.
Innovate while being #anonymous — avoid being targetted for your #work.

That is the latest from their I2P implementation.Re timing of the attack: its likely a response to being integrated into the #bitcoin network. First a #botFarm attack on #dotCon-based #messageBoards in an attemp to have I2Ps page banned. Then other network attacks followed, now zzz and their site is completely disappeared.
While #I2Pd exists and is a good, its targetted to the power user and lacks a native #torrenting client. Though, the last thing zzz did was release a standalone.

We prefer #I2PSnark or #BiglyBT.In our opinion, #I2P is the only internet that should be used for most everything, but especially #torrenting.

If you are interested in privacy and #fileSharing, then Tor is not the most appropriate as they discourage traffic from things like #torrenting. The better network is #I2P for things like the and for setting up #hiddenServices, called #eepsites on #I2P.
Even #BitcoinCore is using I2P now.

Great question. One thing you'll notice fairly quickly is that #I2P makes everyone a #fullNode basically out of the box, this makes it more decentralised. With Tor a person needs to go out of their way to become a relay.Second major difference is I2P is not designed to access the clearnet at all (strictly speaking you can via an I2P service), but #eepsites instead. Eg. site.i2p. It doesn't replace Tor, per se.
Third, it love traffic and #torrenting via #I2PSnark and other clients.
