In case anyone wants to know what dog ears are, this sort of shows you where, though it's not a view where the name makes sense.
It's edge of this scar, under my arm, where it doesn't lay flat - it forms an odd dimple when I'm standing up that resembles the triangle of a dog's ear. A technique for treating scars, including dog ears, is through tattoos. The needle breaks up scar tissue, and many people find their scars lay flatter after.

I tried going #braless as a #trans #person, here’s how it went
But as a #transmasculine #person, this change in weather also brings with it a fresh set of #challenges because of my #chest (and #topsurgery in this #economy is not the most #affordable #option).

Now, I want to look at how the trans community navigates/negotiates/pressures the medical community into creating a more expansive view on gender and a less medicalized view of gender dysphoria. (ie, viewing dysphoria as a social problem, not psychological.)
