My wife and I had a very pleasant 7.5km walk today, with a brief pitstop at the #BrewersArmsMalvern at about ⅔ distance (and no more uphills remaining). Don't tell the tourists, but walks along the side of the #MalvernHills are much nicer than ones across the top, and the views are still great

Sundowner after two pretty busy days. Dealt with 30m of trees, cleaned up the garden, stacked firewood. Nice.

Instant favorite! Almost didn't buy it because of the pale ale reference; guess that's a sign of the IPA craze.
Anyway, wonderfully fruity; little bit of hoppy zing. Dark gold color, decent head. Beer from the coast - nice! 👍

It's been a tough week. One of those you have a bad feeling going in, you power through, surface on the other end, and eventually it's all just a blur in the rear view mirror. 🤕
Just looking forward to turning off the brain and maybe splitting some wood tomorrow.
New to me cider. Oddly sweet. Drinkable with some ice but not really a favorite. TGIF!

Running some errands today when I found it was Cornish Ale day in my favorite store. Cleaned them out of Tribute and Big Job, just a few days after lamenting to @paul they never carried any. 😄 Cheers to the weekend! 🍺

Today is Little Friday for this week so I'm celebrating with another supermarket[1] find. I needed to summon a Co. Kerry glass for a Co. Waterford ale. Apologies to @helvick 😄
It is wonderful. Ever so slightly more of an edge than my benchmark, Wicklow's St. Kevin's Red. Minimally more to my taste than Carlow's O'Hara's Irish Red, which is also great. Can't go wrong with either.
[1] yes, we have two local shops with a better selection of Irish and English beers than many pubs.

Tonight's refreshment. Semi-big beer (Haacht Brewery, Boortmeerbeek) but quite nice. Pretty hoppy for an ale.
