Released in January 1990 as the second single from her first album, Jane Child, the single peaked at number two for three consecutive weeks on the #Billboard #Hot100 from April 14 to April 28, 1990, kept from the top spot by "#IllBeYourEverything" by #TommyPage and #SinéadOConnor's "'#NothingCompares2U". In addition, a #newJackSwing remix of the song was produced by #TeddyRiley.
