I just found out you can "marinate" tofu much deeper and more thoroughly by boiling it in broth. Which... seems like it should have been obvious because of how heat make thing go faster in general, but the book I got it from says there's also some chemistry happening with the structure of the tofu that helps the process along.

I haven't tried it yet, but according to the book boiling in the presence of salt also makes the tofu much firmer, so if you want it soft this is not the way. But on the other hand I am *definitely* going to try boiling my bbq tofu in chickenless chicken broth before I put the sauce on and bake it, because I've always had trouble with the pieces falling apart when I move them from the marinade to the pan.

В этой статье мы приоткроем капот SSH-хэндшейка, поглядим одним глазком на пакет SSH_MSG_KEX_ECDH_REPLY и выясним, почему для проверки идентичности сервера не нужен полноценный SSH-клиент.
