A street in #Todi, #Umbria, #Italy, in June 2024. The old town is on top of a steep hill. This is one of the streets we walked (!) to get to the top, before we found the funicular. Every so often we had to step aside for a car. A set of traffic lights set on corners let drivers know when to proceed through streets barely wide enough for a single car.

Dining in Italy is, generally speaking, awesome. And still, there are places that are awesome-er - like #EnotecaOberdan in #Todi. It’s tiny, just a handful of tables, and the chef pretty much deals with the tables and the front herself.
Basically…Amazeballs 😋 -

I'm back home in #WashingtonDC after a lovely two weeks in #Italy, with with a few days each in #Umbria (rural farmhouse near #Todi), #Tuscany (just outside of #Montisi), and #Rome (#Monti neighborhood).
Awesome trip. Awesome to be home. I've missed this big doof.
