After weeks of being down with #COVID19 #Corona, at long last here’s another edition of #TodaysLunch.
This is a version of the Maghrebi/Israeli dish #Shakshouka (also spelled #Shakshukah or #Shakshuka).

#TodaysLunch is kinda #IrishStew. I say “kinda” because there’s always somebody who gets bent out of shape over how it doesn’t fit their definition, when really the point is how it tastes.
(I should also point out I have special dietary needs, hence the adjustments.)

#TodaysLunch: (For once fresh) #organic #salmon #blackened #Cajun style. Brushed in melted lemon #butter, seasoned with #saltAndPepper and #OldBaySeasoning, dusted in #cornflour, pan-fried in #oliveoil, served with fried #onions caramelized with cornflour and #rosemary #OvenFries.

My take on #Mulligatawny #soup, an #Anglo-#Indian classic dish.
