Well a very disappointing support exchange with Tixr.com . I won some tickets that were hosted through them, which was fine as I got the tickets by email without having to make an account.
I decided to make an account anyways but never received the confirmation email. Tried to reset the password, never received the email. So I can't login and can't set the password. Support told me there's nothing they can do and I should try making an account with a different email. Well that's not happening.
Fortunately my partner was able to make an account so we can still get tickets for the events we were looking at.
