I thought it was just my already bad mental health getting worse. But it's obstructive sleep apnea, which is fairly easily treatable. Can't wait to get started.

I’m not sure there’s any point pushing myself to go out and socialise when I’m feeling lethargic and vacant. I have little to offer anyone and look forward to the moment I can leave and relax. I just don’t like ‘letting people down’ at the last minute.
