#TIL about the #Transactional #interpretation of #QM: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Transactional_interpretation This seems similarly elegant to the Steady-State Interpretation (well, *slightly* less elegant, but also featuring the #Born rule and being conceptually closer to #relativity, which make up for it). Collapse theory's still obviously bunk, but the “interpretations” aren't as settled as I thought they were – it seems theoretical #quantum #physics still has threads to pull on!
