Werden wir die #Sommer nur noch mit dem #Tinitus von rauschenden #Klimaanlagen und #Ventilatoren in abgedunkelten Räumen, Kellern oder Fahrzeugen verbringen können? Ständig vor der Angst, dass ein "Wärmegewitter" uns das Dach wegreißt, die Keller absaufen lässt oder das Auto zum Nachbarn in den Pool spült?
Nein! Wir können stattdessen in klimatisierte #Büros, #Einkaufspassagen und #Supermärkte gehen, konsumieren und die Wirtschaft bei Laune halten.

@kaffando I have tinitus in both ears, always, over 15 years now. Since 1 year I have hearing-aids. It has been better since, I guess my hearing is more relaxed with the aids in.

It is never gone, but the hearing-aids help (for me) to make it bearable.

Bin ich wohl allein damit.

Most things I listen to in the morning are simply to distract from the howling wind of tinnitus.

Which is generally Radio 4, until 10am when it becomes more annoying than the thing that it's intending to distract me from.

In my head it's airplane turbine. Inside the plane.
But it seems far away, like in a large ship.
And some overtones as pink noise approx. 5kHz

But that #tinitus is the whole day, but not in Sleepytime.
