We invite everyone to come and join. ✊🏿🇨🇩
The term #Genocost means genocide for economic gains.
A regime of destruction of a population through the systemic economic exploitation of its vital resources, the disintegration of its socioeconomic structures, and durable harms to its environment, when such effects are willed, known, or accepted as a necessary cost of profit or geoeconomic domination.

🕯 Um an diesem Sonntag des Genocost vom 08.02.1998 zu gedenken und mehr darüber zu erfahren, veranstalten wir von 14:00 bis 19:00 Uhr eine Gedenkveranstaltung im Mauerpark.
Wir laden alle herzlich ein, daran teilzunehmen. ✊🏿🇨🇩
Der Begriff #Genocost bezeichnet Völkermord zum Zwecke wirtschaftlicher Gewinne.
Ein Regime der Vernichtung einer Bevölkerung durch die systematische wirtschaftliche Ausbeutung ihrer lebenswichtigen Ressourcen, den Zerfall ihrer sozioökonomischen Strukturen und dauerhafte Schäden an ihrer Umwelt, wenn solche Auswirkungen gewollt, bekannt oder als notwendiger Preis für Profit oder geoökonomische Vorherrschaft hingenommen werden.

The monthly solidarity kitchen is back at Zorrow!
People in the Congo are suffering a brutal genocide, the new Ebola epidemic, and inhumane working conditions in the mines where they are forced to extract rare earths.
Capitalism and colonialism have been killing and displacing millions of people for decades.
We want to find out how we can support the Congolese community and diaspora from here in Berlin.
That’s why we’re inviting Congolese people and anyone who wants to support them to our monthly solidarity kitchen.
Here, we want to build a network, learn from one another and organise events in Berlin together for the people of the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
We’ll be open from 4 pm to 9 pm, so you can pop in whenever you like and leave whenever you wish.
