I've been reading Ted Chiang for the past few weeks. So far, the most compelling perspective is his view of humans in a time-blending, constantly changing world.
Reminds me of @dweinberger and unanticipation. Interesting that unanticipation does not seem to have a hashtag. Neither does the word "timeblend ". I guess my current interests are in hashtag-less worlds!

The rooftops of Lisbon
The city of Lisbon lay before me as I looked out the window of my apartment. We had quite a view from the living room window, so one night I made this time blend photo of the city. In the background you’ll find the statue of the Sanctuary of Christ the King and the suspension bridge, the Ponte 25 de Abril, linking Lisbon with Almada on the other side of the river.

The rooftops of Lisbon
The city of Lisbon lay before me as I looked out the window of my apartment. We had quite a view from the living room window, so one night I made this time blend photo of the city. From Evening to Night in Cork
The north side of Cork City, with the North Cathedral and Shandon Bells visible. The Church of the Ascension is barely visible on the horizon, with the restored glowing cross bright in the night sky.
This is a time blend photo. Two images, shot at different times of the day, combined into one.
