  2. @tfb My fallback WM, when for some reason exwm doesn't work for me, is StumpWM: Common LISP based so sympathetic to Emacs.

  3. Also, kudos to AShell

It was truly pain free to configure this bar, and comes with all nice features like WiFi/bluetooth/backlight/sound control almost out of the box

It’s only missing a margin configuration option, but I can leave without it for the time being

This is some hot tiling compositor! Not only you can swipe apps into boxes, but scroll these boxes around like a sprawling buffet by tapping window decorations.

  9. Oh look, another tiling window manager for macOS! 😴 Because clearly, what #macOS really needs is more terminal-based fiddling for the three users who want to feel like elite hackers while they adjust window sizes. 🖥️✨

  10. I started working on #hyprland yesterday and i LOVE the special workspaces. They are so useful for stuff like #keepassxc. A #tilingwindowmanager on a #laptop is just the #goldstandard for me.

  11. The wonderful thing about Linux is that there isn't one way to do things, but rather a plethora. This is even true for Tiling Window Managers! On Linux, you can use i3, bspwm, dwm, awesomewm, xmonad, sway, hyprland, river, and many many others. I personally use bspwm, but have used others in the past, and they all provide that minimalist, keyboard centric workflow. How about you? Which Tiling Window Managers have you tried?

  12. Since my mid-2013 reached its (long time ago), and the decides not to support 11 anymore. 😤

I’ve decided to bring my back to life and install on it. And it is indeed great so far. 😍

As you can see I’m still configuring and customizing it.
Let’s see how it goes 🙄
