I have Tildes invites for those seeking a topic-oriented discussion forum
Tildes launched in 2016, founded by an ex-Redditor (staff, not user), and has been quietly growing as a reasonably high-quality, high S/N, well-behaved site.
I don't make extensive use of it myself though I'll visit on occasion, and frankly far more often than I do Reddit these days.
