Since I bought an Android phone, I bought myself an Android watch. A TicWatch Enduro.

I got it on Saturday lunchtime, and it's now Tuesday morning with 16% battery life (with the ability to go all the way down to 5%).

As someone who used an Apple Watch for about 2/3 years, I'm absolutely blown away at this thing!

I did not believe that my #ticwatch #3Ultra will ever get a #WearOS update. And today it came in. Still only 3. But they at least kept their promise after 2 years.

I made this a dependency for updating to a newer watch of that brand. But now I have the #PixelWatch2. So possibly too late.

I don't often have FOMO, but the #applewatch seems like such a cool piece of tech.

There's nothing for #Android that I've found that compares well with it. I've tried various #samsung watches, #ticwatch, and similar.

#ticwatch pro 3 gps question (pls boost) Cinema + DND at night only? No essential!

I used to put my watch on DND+cinema manually while asleep.
Now the watch has started to go to (?) Essential mode which lights up when I move. Very disturbing.

Also I want to do breathing exercises to fall back to sleep, so I have to reset it each time I wanna do that.

I set to dnd custom (auto off) and also tried to set the DND time to 1900 to 1901, but the watch goes to essential mode at 2230. Why?

Help?

Cool, the thing I bought the watch for a year ago is no longer enabled because Google decided so.

Ich bin seit gestern Besitzer einer Mobvoi TicWatch Pro 5 und bin sehr begeistert. Mit Pulsmessung und all dem Fitnesszeug rechnet man ja, aber Flightradar24 und eine Würfelapp auf der Uhr habe ich nicht zu hoffen gewagt. Full Nerdout!

@richardbloomfield seems to be gone on WearOS 3.5. Or, at least, there's an option to disable that on #Ticwatch Pro 5.

I am very happy with how well #Google is supporting their #Pixel watch with software updates. It's a huge contrast from the 2 previous #Ticwatch I had.

Since October when I received my Pixel Watch it has gotten monthly security updates, and now we are getting a beta program just like the phones.

After having a #Mobvoi #TicWatch E & C2 as my last watches it is really nice having monthly software updates on the #PixelWatch. With #WearOS 4 announced at I/O it seems like they really care about the platform and they are supporting their product.

Over the 5 years of owning those two TicWatches I think I received at most 1 or 2 updates per watch. Plus, mobvoi still hasn't updated any of their watches to WearOS 3.

I recently purchased a #ticwatch pro 3 (not ultra) as there was a good "used, like new" price for it on amazon. It doesn't have the latest wear os (rumor is that it is due for it), but that wasn't my motivation for getting it. It was the battery life. I only have it about a day, so more time is needed to form my thoughts. But so far so good :)

The battery life on my #Mobvoi #TicWatch Pro 3 is a marked improvement over the E3. It took until the end of its 3rd day from a single charge to get down to the 15% warning (the power indicator turned red)

My #Ticwatch E arrived today! I've missed my watch the last few weeks since the battery in my G Watch R packed it in.

So, after one whole day, I'm happy. It feels nice, it's lighter than the G Watch R, it does all the things the old one used to, and it's a lot snappier and more responsive. The old one was never really great since #AndroidWear 2.0 dropped into its life.

My old one lasted three full years of daily use.

My old G Watch R has finally given up (over three years of daily use, not shabby). The battery just isn't holding charge at all any more. For all its flaws, I get a lot of use out of #AndroidWear currently and I'm not feeling like giving it up yet.

I could have ordered a new battery, and still might, but for now I've ordered a #Ticwatch E to try out.

Now the waiting game begins.
