Well, that was unexpected. Great night's sleep, full of beans as usual this morning, bouncing for a run.
Wham. Heavy legs, heart rate 10bpm higher than usual at a much slower pace. Could barely put one foot in front of the other at times. Baled after 4km. Not worth stressing the body further.
