So, jetzt ist es offiziell: Taiwan hat die Auslieferung des Shinkansen N700ST, basierend auf dem N700S bekanntgegeben. Und ja, ich bin mir bewusst, dass in Taiwan schon ein Zug angekommen ist. Das ist aber formal Zug Nummer 2. Nummer 1 geht jetzt auf den Weg. ;) Damit werden Kapazitätserweiterungen aber auch Streckenerweiterungen möglich.

So, ein letztes Stück aus Taiwan, eigentlich schon für das letzte Jahr geplant, aber es fehlte etwas. Taiwans Shinkansen-System THSR nutze ich in Taipei wie eine Regionalbahn. Dank App und einem Ticket-System das auf Bluetooth- und QR-Codes aufsetzt auch 2 Minuten vor Abfahrt (ich landete dann allerdings im falschen Waggon :D ). Warum auch nicht? Schließlich leeren sich die Züge zum Ende des Laufwegs.
