this species makes it easy to photograph nests without disturbing the little families because they love to nest near humans, this nest is in the corner of a restaurant with a large outdoor dining section

there were 4 in the nest but all 4 were never awake at the same time! ❤️

Here is a photo of an American Robin (Turdus migratorius). It occurred to me that I’d never photographed one on a sunny day. They’re year‑round residents here, but I mostly only see them around this time of year. I took this photo in the spring of 2023.

Perched Between Seasons
