If you’re still considering buying a VR headset for exercise, just go for it. When I bought my first #oculusquest I lost 20kg within a year. Ofc, I was also 🚴 regularly, but in bad weather or when I was simply sick of boring cardio, I went for 30 mins of #ThrilloftheFight or #BeatSaber and got my heart pumping that way. Now it’s five years later, I regained half of the weight getting my PhD, building a 🏡 and getting married.
I’m restarting my #VR fitness journey with #quest3 and it’s fun.

Played eleven table tennis and Thrill of the Fight (box) yesterday on meta quest 2. I never thought that video games could give me muscle soreness. I definitively have to pratice 😅
