I do a sync every week or so as a backup for the random day when #Google will suddenly cancel their free domain email. I use #imapsync. It’s on #brew or some #Linux distros. Also use #dovecot on a local email server I run.
I’d get off Gmail domains but paying for cloud storage to hold the email would cost money compared to the free Gmail… #thrifty -

We had town wide yard sales in two area towns today. I found a hand crank radio, stamp set for adding my email to my business cards, a brand new dust mop for my hard wood floors, a tiny desk carousel, a sturdy desk, two deck chairs and two deck ottomans with new cushions all for $8. #Thrifty Yankee

I just discovered that the #RentalCar industry -- in this case #Hertz and its subsidiary #Thrifty -- have found a new way to scam customers: "Plate Pass," a service that automatically pays bridge tolls as you drive through. In my case it paid $15 in tolls and charged a $19.98 "convenience fee." This was on the Bay Bridge, so they could have simply used a FasTrak sticker that charges ZERO extra and added the tolls to the bill. Christ.

If I find out that #Thrifty #IceCream has bad crap in it, my childhood will be crushed.
I remember stopping by a Thrifty many times on my way home from school and ordering a half chocolate, half vanilla cone. I only had enough for one scoop, but I think the lady behind the counter took pity on me and actually gave me two scoops.
