Awhile back, a good few years, staff at ThreeUK phone company used to rag on me all the time. The idiot children running services and payments. When I eventually embarrassed them they would do something like poison cookies or forcing my browser to resolve an "offline" page.
So, earlier today from an entirely different service.

(And, also informing the government of exactly when I was online -- 2025-07-19 Saturday at 1010 and 1454 received mesages from DWP!)
(And, an old text message from Nov 2022 for a fake micro-debt from ThreeUK phone company got the blue notification dot in my Microsoft sms app (that shows that the message is connecting to its sender) on Saturday morning!)

The email reply from Three customer services "Proof" section (first picture), that prompted the first toot in this thread.
Context: Their reply is basically saying that I should use their AI to resolve the issue which is run by the same company (and so the same staff) that I'm complaining about.

Oh boy. So it turns out that #ThreeUK deactivated my old phone number for some reason. The phone number that I kept on running on an old phone within UK, because I knew it would be deactivated after three months physically outside of UK.
The phone number that got exactly zero warning texts or something.
You know why I kept that number alive? Because effing 2FA in UK often times can't be used over "foreign" phone numbers.
Sigh, this will hurt to fix. -

Despite contacting them multiple times, #ThreeUK is still blocking access to Tutanota.
We have now made an official complaint to #Ofcom.
Hopefully UK users will soon have full access to Tutanota again!
