I found this relic from 2005, a bottle of "Sacred Vale" - Air from the #Thornborough henges (yes really) a slightly-batty-but-heart-in the-right-place idea to raise money for the Save Thornborough campaign. Not opened so the sacred air is intact! Label carefully prised off to photo and reattach (pic 2). #FindsFriday #Archaeology #henge 1/2

We are an #OBOD #druid seed group of 8 people based in #Darlington in the north east of #England. We are interested in #history and #archaeology such as the local #IronAge #Brigantes tribe, whose Queen #Cartimandua had a fortress 10 miles away from us at #Stanwick. We go along to the #Beltane and #AutumnEquinox #pagan celebrations at #Thornborough #Henges in #NorthYorkshire. We are making a #MariLwyd whose name is #MariBriga and we are looking forward to introducing her to the world soon!
