I would take the word of two or more whistleblowers, preferably with the leaking of some sort of paper trail.
If there was a scheme with the shooter, someone talked with him, and if it wasn't in person, and it wasn't wiped, a record of it should exist somewhere.
As it stands, it's very hard to tell if #ThomasMatthewCrooks worked with the #DeepState, private American interests, foreign groups, or some mixture of the three. But it's hard to make the case now that he worked alone, I think. -
