K Ruby pulled an amazing book out of her archive, updated it (with color pictures!), and released a new edition of Wise Fool Basics.
It's a handbook for radical creatives, artists, and activists. There's tutorials, stories, and inspiration for those trying to use garbage to change the world.
This was a gift from the author, which is now in the "Delrita Reading Room".
There's a free excerpt on the site, and the entire book is a delight.

Afterwards, @SocialGaff scurried in like a happy raccoon to reclaim the wood bits for future reuse.

We keep getting teased with a few cool hours at night before the smoke returns.
The windows of #ThisOldClownHouse are opened and closed in accordance with the good currents of the air. If it weren't for all the brick, it would feel like piloting an airship.

One of the little signs that we are making some progess on #ThisOldClownHouse is how much of the building I can now wander through barefoot in the dark.
As part of the night crew, I noticed this when I had to make a mad dash to close all the windows when the rain started pounding down unexpectedly.

For the last few days we've been shoving furniture around #ThisOldClownHouse.
While it's sweaty work, we have noticed that all the circus practice has made every object a little easier to shift.
Perhaps Sisyphus would benefit from handstand practice...

Making a makeshift bedroom for a tired clown out of circus equipment, as one does when it is too hot to sleep anywhere but the theater.
I have taken *many* naps on gymnastic mats over the years. Adding pillows, a side table made from a rola bola board, and a battery powered lamp feels positively fancy.

At the moment, I'm grateful to @SocialGaff for having done an excellent job of redoing the weather stripping on the doors.
We're expecting some rain by the end of the weekend, so hopefully that will help both problems.
