Japanese and Australian authorities are not looking for ‘Kelly’, the romance scammer responsible for the imprisonment of their Australian victim.
It’s a sure bet that Drug smugglers trust that authorities won’t bother investigating further. Because authorities are often happy with ‘small wins’, so they can ‘close the case’ and move on.
