Me in High School: run five miles before high jump practice, play basketball for 4 hours, hike ten miles the next day, sleep on the ground and hike ten more miles.
Me in my 50’s: sleep with my knee in a slightly weird position- going to need a barrel of industrial strength Tylenol, cortisone shots, 3-6 months of PT, and probably a walker.

I'm so happy I didn't wake up at 4 bloody AM today. I'm still tired though. I don't seem to just bounce back in one day anymore like I used to.

There's a lot of good #movies out there, so I understand why our recent new hires might not yet have gotten around to a 25 year old movie such as The Godfather.
But why would they have missed out on a recent wildly popular blockbuster like Men In Black?

A few weeks ago, I had pains in both wrists/forearms and my right shoulder.
Adjusting all my computer chairs made the wrist/arm pain go away but I still had the shoulder.
Yesterday, I started having right side hip/back pain. It's all stiff from my right should to about the top/back of my pelvis.
But I'm sure this will all clear up soon and it'll be smooth sailing with no mysterious pains after that!
