#OnThisDay, 15 Mar 1927, the inaugural women's boat race between Oxford and Cambridge takes place on the Isis.
In 2015, the women’s race was finally held on the same day, and over the same course, as the men’s race.

Evening run.
Didnt worry about pace or exactly how far i would go, just needed to be 6k plus.
Working the distance up to the 10k event. -
First parkrun,, without recovery walk, since I injured my hip
Plan to take it easy, not too put too much strain on the hip, so decided stick to 7:45 to 8 min per kilometer
I think my watch must be broken. It must have got my pace wrong!!!!!
