Before moving on to Frieren, I finished #ThisMonsterWantsToEatMe.

If I were to review it, I would list a bunch of flaws like character development looking more promising than it turns out to be, pacing being off in the last third, seemingly starting strong in general, then falling flat.

Then I would recommend it for its uniqueness.

The ending may seem unsatisfying. But that's how it had to be. The longer you think about it, the stronger it gets.

Don't watch if you consider killing yourself.

I'm three episodes from finishing #ThisMonsterWantsToEatMe and as it stands right now I am siding with the crazy mermaid who constantly kills everyone.
