Yeah this is why I don't like the "but you can opt-out tho!" (which is just fucking #techbro tone) and "why did you set it to public then" (even though it's very tempting to do so since a lot of people just forget to #thinkbeforeyouclick...) responses. It's just tone-deaf, and there are way better rebuttals than that anyway.. ​:seija_coffee:​

But I will still push back on those trying to misrepresent the problem as a #privacy one. Because it just isn't at all. Don't try to muddy the waters.
