Well, the movie is called #TheyLive and is an 80s classic and it is one of my favorite movies. Highly recommend.
The premise is that there are special sunglasses that show you the truth behind the propaganda. Through these glasses, you can see high powered people are actual aliens.The meme in the lower right is a four panel cartoon depicting someone making cardboard demons so they can cower and feel persecuted but they did it themselves.
