DR. LECTER

Do you have something you use, when you need to get up your courage? Memories, tableaux... scenes from your early life? (p. 28)

5. CW: uspol, hannibal lecter

@JenniferSlack Curiously, the two main aspects of the Weave are mentioned or exemplified by the oft-referenced Hannibal Lecter in Silence of the Lambs:

They always say, "Oh that's terrible that Trump would say -- 'He is rambling about Hannibal Lecter'. No, I'm not rambling

You know, they go crazy when I say the late great Hannibal Lecter. Okay, they say, "Why would he mention Hannibal Lecter? He must be cognitively in trouble."
No, no, no.

Lecter is also described as having a memory palace in the novels.

8. Petulant #DonaldTheDeplorable was unhappy that two #MAGA cult members fainted and interrupted #TheWeave of #WordSalad. So he refused to answer any more softball questions and ‘punished’ the #TrumpRally crowd by making them listen to music for over 30 minutes before abruptly leaving the stage! 😂 allsides.com/news/2024-10-15-0

9. I enjoy seeing #FatHitler speeches transcribed. It gives you a chance to actually SEE the verbal vomit he calls "#TheWeave."

I have learned a new phrase used to label what the news media does with word soup like this. "#SaneWashing."

The recipe is simple. 1 cup psychotic diatribe, 1 cup sacrificed journalistic integrity. Twist yourself into knots looking for some "hidden meaning," and finish with two weeks analyzing that "meaning."

10. Of One Mind
