Octopus vulgaris, perhaps this moment, which captures the first defensive reaction by protecting the tips of the tentacles, is the one I like the most of the ones I have, because of its balance and tension, everything changes in a fraction of a second.
If it were spearfishing it would be harpooned, it's illegal, but unfortunately every year we see how they are taken out and exploited.
