@ashi the wandering village is a city builder on the back of a dinosaur.
You can adjust difficulty according to mental state, and it has a very laid back tempo.
No flashing lights, as far as I remember, and next-to no story besides your own emergent gameplay.
Also, hell of a game!

#TheWanderingVillage Me ha encantado. Es el típico juego de construir una aldea, pero encima de un Onbu, una criatura enorme y adorable. Pero el dibujo me flipa, es super bonito y fácil de entender, no te aburres. Está aún en Game Preview, pero 10/10. Lo he jugado en el game pass, pero está en steam por unos 20€, recomiendo comprarlo directamente cuando salga el juego. Esperando que salga 100% para viciarme.

@Hiker Ja, das auch! Ich finde es einfach jedes Mal grossartig, wenn ein Spiel sich diesen Aufwand für tolle Musik leistet (bzw. natürlich leisten kann). Darunter gehören für mich Spiele wie #Zelda, die ganzen #Anno|s, #EVEOnline, #TotalAnnihilation, #TitanQuest, aber natürlich auch #Palia, #TheWanderingVillage, #TerraNil, #Dorfromantik.

Offenbar alles in #TheWanderingVillage erreicht? Es gibt scheinbar kein Ende. Also hab ich es jetzt durch? Also ja, ich könnte sinnlos Achievements sammeln, aber die sind halt auch teilweise echt doof (und offenbar verbuggt, denn eins davon hab ich zwei mal gemacht und kein Achievement bekommen).

I. ABSOLUTELY. LOVE. THIS. GAME!!!
It reminds me of Populous the Beginning when I was a child, except Populous had an emphasis on war and real time strategy, whereas Wandering Village has an emphasis on sustainability (both have their place, but I'm always rubbish at RTS games).

I picked up three games this weekend on #Steam's summer sale. Above Snakes, The Wandering Village and Griftlands.
As I dive deeper into each one I'll have more thoughts, but early impressions are great on all three. Added bonus is they all three play fantastic on my #SteamDeck as well and I was easily able to transition back and forth several times throughout the weekend.
