See I dug it. He was definitely melodramatic, but it felt purposeful to me. Like all of his smiling and civility was a barely put on facade over the violence and sociopathy. #FrightClub #TheTwoFacesOfDrJekyll

Awesome show tonight folks! Keeping the Jekyll theme going, and falling asleep to Dr. Jekyll and Sister Hyde. Thanks for the fun and banter, and have a great night, folks! . #FrightClub #TheTwoFacesOfDrJekyll

To whom can I turn? Well, you may be in extremis, Dr J, but you don't forget your proper grammar. #TheTwoFacesOfDrJekyll #FrightClub

🤣🤣🤣 This would be a great "Bad Crepe Beards" double-feature with Cannibal the Musical! . #FrightClub #TheTwoFacesOfDrJekyll

What have you done? You allowed them to glue a bad beard and eyebrows to you. Multiple times. #TheTwoFacesOfDrJekyll #FrightClub

Paul Allen's dead! TRY GETTING A RESERVATION AT DORSIA NOW!!!! (apologies for the gratuitous Paul Allen American Psycho jokes tonight, folks!) . #FrightClub #TheTwoFacesOfDrJekyll

Mebbe it's just me but I like to think I could've identified my husband with and without a beard. #TheTwoFacesOfDrJekyll #FrightClub

And done! Here's my new sketch of Peter Cushing as Paul Allen for tonight's #HammerWednesdays presentation of The Two Faces of Dr. Jekyll! . #FrightClub #TheTwoFacesOfDrJekyll

Will Hays: Alright, we'll let you folks have a saucy snake scene, as long as the beds stay seperated! We're not total fuddy-duddies! (Also yes, I have two drawings of film censor Will H. hays, just to joke his approval or disapproval of things film related) . #FrightClub #TheTwoFacesOfDrJekyll

Alright, our villain is hanging out with Paul Allen and assaulting homeless people in the streets; this is basically An American Psycho in London ... . #FrightClub #TheTwoFacesOfDrJekyll #AmericahPsycho

Here's a couple of drawings inspired by The Two Faces of Dr. Jekyll that I've drawn in the past! . #FrightClub #TheTwoFacesOfDrJekyll #Art

Hear, hear! Crazy how those pop culture moral panics, and loosening of censorship intersected between the 70s and UK in that era. From champions of boobs and blood to "Ban This Filth" in a decade! . #FrightClub #TheTwoFacesOfDrJekyll

I'm always surprised by how raunchy early 60s Brirish horror compared to their American counterparts at that time. Still got eight more years until the collapse of the production code, and Will H. Hays does NOT appreciate the snake lady side-boob ... . #FrightClub #TheTwoFacesOfDrJekyll

I've never read the book, but this is a really different version from any of the other movie versions I've seen. I dig him being a really charming sociopath. #FrightClub #TheTwoFacesOfDrJekyll

Approximately 40% of the film’s budget was spent on crepe beards ... . #FrightClub #TheTwoFacesOfDrJekyll
